Will the Chase hotel offers work outside the U.S. (unlike most Amex hotel offers)?

Sounds like an obvious question, right? But it really isn't. The fine print doesn't specifically say not valid outside the U.S. or vice versa, but it references the U.S. in the marketing.

On various cards of mine they're offering 10% off on Lowes, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Cole Haan, Walgreens, Staples, Casper.

I can't vouch for hotels, but every time I've bought at Starbucks outside the U.S. (primarily in Europe at airports), I've received the credit despite it saying only U.S. locations/no airports/etc.

There's a new offer for $35 back with AT&t after making two $15 transactions

Wonder if a GC would work and then buy two $15 pre paid plans or refills?

Not much use unless i have at&t or buy something from the store.
