National will give you executive elite. Avis may give you first if you huca some people. Sixt will probably give you gold or platinum.

as a hertz PC, i am renting for 2 weeks from LGA. Am I able to exchange the car in the middle of the rental if a better car is available in the PC section?

it's very difficult to swap at a different branch. IME, They generally do not take other branches vehicles and will only give you the class that you are driving, even with PC.

i don’t think he was asking about another branch so it should not be an issue, as far as a car from another branch IMe they honor just the car class on the reservation
