what kind of case do you want, there are several.  best advice is read some pcmag, pc world articles on them and then goto dealextreme or meritline and look through all the items they offer. 

at a minimum, get a screen protector - it's an expensive piece of glass...

dont know how you use your ipad but i got myself a full case (a binder case) to fully protect the ipad. a lot of the protectors look great but if you want protection get something that will completely cover the entire ipad!

also you should get one that when the cover is closed it puts the ipad to sleep
