Best usage of points

I am looking to book six tickets from Newark to Israel on United and the tickets are $1,500 or 100k miles. I have the following in terms of points..

Marriott - 1,218,160
Chase Reserve - 137,000 UR
Chase Freedom - 98,000 UR

Does it make sense to just convert everything to United miles? Am I getting the best usage out of the points?

at 100k a reward you are better off transferring freedom to reserve as each $1500 ticket will still cost 100k points, but you will earn miles
