[WANT TO BUY] Priority Pass Membership
« on: November 27, 2018, 10:27:49 AM »
I thought that there used to be a thread on this but I can’t find it anymore. Is anyone selling a Priority Pass membership?

Well, you can obviosly buy direct from PP, but it ain't cheap. It costs $75 for someone add you as an AU for the CSR, but they'd need to trust you as there is no way to lock the card. Can also become an AU on an Amex Plat, they charge $175 for 3 users. That would give you DL and Centurion access as well. I believe there was a thread selling slots.

Can't the AH just mail the supplementary card and pp to his own address and then send the supplementary cardholder his pp but never give him the cc?

Yes, as a matter of fact, they probably will send it to the AH by default. Good point.

of the Amex PP and Chase Reserve PP -- the chase is better right?  because the chase PP has the restaurant $28 credit that Amex doesn't have.

also - is there a # of guest , one can bring to the lounge using the Chase PP or Amex PP ?

Thanks for everyone's contribution to the thread.

Here are my Priority Pass rankings for reference. Citi is slightly better if you have a big family, but otherwise Chase and Citi are both good as opposed to AMEX which is more limited and costs slightly more for additional guests.

1. Citi - you get $28 credit at PP restaurants, can bring two guests OR immediate family (which can be more than two). Immediate family defined as "spouse, domestic partner and/or children under 18." Authorized user is $75, and I believe they get their own card (someone can confirm)
2. Chase CSR - you get $28 credit at PP restaurants, additional guests are $27. Authorized users are $75 and they get their own PP
3. AMEX Platinum - no $28 credit, two guests only, additional guests are $32. Authorized users are $175 for 3 and they get their own PP

Add JPM Ritz as #1.

Correct, forgot to include. Every premium card (Reserve, Platinum, Prestige) all get two guests. Only differences really are with additional guests and cost of adding authorized user, and then with AMEX not having access to some of the PP restaurants. That's really it

If this is true this is a deal breaker for me.

Which restaurants give me the $28?
Or how to know which ones give me the credit?

CSR PP $28 restaurant credit only applies to you and 1 additional guest.

Does the Citi $28 restaurant credit apply to you and 2 additional guest?

Thanks!
