The first email:
Hi,
This is Jason from Google Fi with the information you requested. The promotion in question was valid 1/28/18 12:00 AM PT through 11/28/18 11:59 PM PT. Your purchases were time stamped Nov 28, 2018 8:15 PM and Nov 28, 2018 10:03 PM.

The 2nd email:
Hi,
My name is Lee and I'm a higher level Specialist here with Google Fi. I'm working directly with our Promotions Team to determine your eligibility for our "Travel on Fi with Any Device Purchase " promotion that was ongoing from 11/28/18 12:00 AM PT - 11/28/18 6:59 PM PT.
After thoroughly reviewing your account, we only can confirm that one of your orders (-----------) was purchased within the promotion time-frame.
Under our investigation, order ------------- was purchased at 8:03 PM PT on 11/28/18. Unfortunately the promotion ended early at 6:59 PT PT due to the limited amount of vouchers available.
Please know that to monitor your Google Fi Launch promotion status in the future, you can refer to the Special Promotions tab within your account. This can also be accessed through g.co/fi/nov28promos.
If you have any questions, you can always reach us by replying directly to this email.
Thanks,
Lee

So basically I bought one for myself, sent an invite to my wife within the time limit but purchased hers out of the time limit. Even though Dan had already reported it as expired, when i bought it through my link, it said the promo was still valid. Before activating it, I called to confirm that it was eligible, and Jason confirmed it. Later, when this new link went up, it didnt say that my wife's was eligible. I called to confirm thatbit was eligible, and they basically said they thought it was but they're escalating the case. Two weeks later I got the second email.
