Just got off the phone with amex spg business, and they told me if a book a 3 night stay with spg then they credit you the 3rd night.
All you need to do is pay with spg business card.
(They also give u road side asistance  4 times a year.)

im not so sure about that. last time i spoke to them they gave me a booking code that i had to use. and guess what, nothing available. you might want to double check.
