Getting transfered to credit review department.

Did anyone had this. Since I opened my platinum card, every time I call in I get automatically transferred to the credit review department, and every time they tell me that this is a system error, and nothing is wrong with my account. is this possible? I'm starting to get nervous that this is a symptom  of a FR.
