I was refunded twice the annual fee on my Chase Sapphire Reserve card, the representative told me I had the card for 2 years so they will refunded for both years but then one credit was clued back even after the representative promised me that it will stay in my account

A couple of errors over the years and never clawed back.
Delta deposited 25k for opening an Amex account the was never opened.
Fairmont not deducting free night cert that I was able to use again.
Citi Prestige booking 4 night hotel stay and never got charge by hotel yet Citi still refunded 4th night.

Hello all,

I recieved a six digit point bonus for a certain purchase made on one of my credit cards. I cannot see any reason for this other than it being an error by the issuer.

Is there a possibility that the issuer will realize it and take it back? what is by best course of action? should I transfer them out? leave it there?

I will appreciate all insight.

Thank you!
I got 60K MR for the same bonus twice (I at first didn't get it, complained, was told I am ineligible, and then received the bonus twice within a 2 week span), well over 6 months ago. To play it safe I've left it there, but so far it's still there..
