Found saver from ORD-TLV but when searching direct from EWR-TLV is doesn't show.
60k is saver price is seams

Seems like availability isn't yet loaded in Amadeus based OTA's like PL and Expedia. Bookable on Travelocity (Sabre based), though.

I believe it starts Jan 2. Either passengers with Premier Gold status (or higher), or anyone else can pay for it like E+ (until it becomes official Mar 30).

If United Gold can you upgrade to the premium plus seats (before March) more then a week before? And is it for all companions on that flight (4) if on same ticket?

no, and same rules. As of now when you select the premium plus seats it shows up as Eco+
