I tip highly variable amounts, dependent on how fair I feel the rate was, the difficulty of the job, and level of service I received. For a job similar to the OPs, I'd tip 0-20, usually closer to the high end. Last time I moved I tipped 50 each (3 hour job).

Milt's is pretty cheap for a quality kosher restaurant.  Just wait till you get to Shallot's.
I have a feeling you're more of a Ken's Diner kind of guy...one of my favorites from my childhood.
