Adobe acrobat or any other pdf editor would do the job.
Photoshop would be more complicated.

I don't know if this will work with chase but I've heard some establishments will except a utility bill in your parents name with a letter from your parents that you live with them.

That would mean phone bill as well

Actually, it may not.  A utility bill has the address of service on it besides the mailing address. A land line might be good, but I'd check before going through the bother.
