This fare has been around on and off for the past few months on UA.
Now if you can get it without the 7 night min.

How is the weather in late January in Rome ? Thinking of winter break with teenagers...may be cool to see Europe!

On the chilly side. We went during February and booked with http://www.romefreewalkingtour.com/ and ended up being the only ones in the group. Free private tour!
I would recommend Florence  and Venice for Shabbos. I wasn't impressed with Milan. I found it boring. Lugano and Lake Como are no go in the winter. Nothing to see/do. We did not go to Tuscany so I cannot comment.
