Me personally I've never gotten anything via GE,
but i do remember some posts a while back people getting those GC via GE.

i ordered something from target and got a surprise target gift card inside my bag. I looked on targets website and saw that what i ordered they were offering a $10 gc with the purchase. i didn't know that they do that
