you are right thats bc the bh they are refering to is b'ezrat hashem witch is lashon kodesh and siata dishmaya is aramic. but bh for baruch hashem you wont find on top of a page other than wlamoms

can you find in any sefer or letter from someone chosuv that writes baruch hashem. bc that ask your rabbi means nothing i have seen 1000's of seforim and letters never seen baruch hashem

Every letter from the Rebbe started with BH, AFAIK.
Whether that stood for baruch hashem or b'ezras hashem I'll leave to the experts. I had always assumed baruch hashem though.

Very interesting http://hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=15833&pgnum=316 a letter from the Lubavitcher Rebbe to the Rogatchover Gaon discussing this topic.

And in the footnotes it actually quotes a braisa from megillas Taanis which mentions that the greeks issued a decree prohibiting the mention of Hashem's name in a document, as that was common practice.
