PQD is waived with Chase card spends

Only 7k miles short for 1k. But I’m about $7k short in spending. If I have the united chase card can I still switch my address on my mileage plus to israel to waive the spending requirements or will it get flagged if CC address and mileage plus account not same address? Does that still work?

I am 5k mqm's short from reaching Gold Medallion on Delta. They are offering me to buy the 5k for $1,000 and I am unable to fly before the end of the year. I strictly fly to israel 5-6 times a year on delta. Is it worth it to buy the Mqm's and reach gold for the next year?

40 pqd short on united for Platinum..I'm based in NY..would take a short trip but will be away most of this coming week..only days can fly in and out would be thursday later afternoon/night,  friday, sunday and monday 12/31

i checked new hampshire, boston, philly, albany, buff  on these days about $300.. any suggestions cheaper flights?
