It means the listing was originally for a 16 pack, they later added other option, but the 16 stayed

I'm laughing my head off, I ended up ordering 2 for $59 in total, I ended up receiving (2) actual 2 oz. bars (not even a case of 48), Got refunded, and $10 credit, and 2 free snickers bars, YAY
