Hertz refused my status upgrade as there isn't an Australian address on my Hertz account.
Haven't tried Hilton yet.

Can I use this platinum status for United status match or get status challenge. I am Us chairman and really would like to be at United 1K without sacrificing on my bonus that I get now.

May be using my US chairman status will not let me match status on united. But with this velocity platinum, that I got thru this program, can it get me united match or united challenge?
