I have $0.67 in my PayPal account and I want to withdraw it, but the minimum withdrawal amount is $1.00. Is there any way I can tranfer $0.33 into my account for free or little?

if you have a bank account connected to your PP account, add 33 cents to your balance.

The point is, what kind of acc the receiver has.

If personal, its free, but cc won't work. If premier, cc works, but even w/o cc it still costs, as if you would have used a cc.

Even with a Premier it could be free, if the sender sends it as a 'gift' from their checking account.

A credit perhaps? many times when you ship UPS via Paypl, they adjust the amount a few days later.

No no, if you send a gift from you're check account, it will also be free.
