Blackberry Tour 9630 issue

hey

still stuck with a the 9630 (thanx to sprint...)

ball scrolls but doesnt click....any suggestions?

i tried cleaning it already..

I've gotten an entire  new trackball and paid between .99 an 2.49

thanx but shud i change the ball if the ball scrolls just when i click it doesnt do anything... nothing feels wrong...can it be software?

troubleshooting is all about trial and error... replace the ball for $3 and you'll narrow it down

What about replacing the trackpad on the bold? Is it as easy as replacing the trackballs? Also how much do they run for?

I've done the ball and its really easy, you pop the ring out with a knife and the rest is simple.

On the 9630? Ive done that before when i had the curve. I dont see how you can pop the ball out on the tour
