Whats the difference between a global moderator (AssheO, Chaikel, and jj1000)and a forum moderator (aaa)?

Forum Moderators and Global Moderators can do what you permit them to through the permission settings, the only difference is that Moderators can only do what you permit them in the board that you permit them, and Gobal Moderators can do what you permit them over your whole forum.

Administrators are like gods, they have access to all the settings.

To put it in a nutshell, with standard permissions:

A moderator can moderate (edit, move, delete etc.) in specified areas.
A global moderator can moderate your whole SMF.
An administrator has the power to do *anything* (not just moderate) to your whole set-up.

Ppl think that you get f/red for playing shtick.
AFAIK please correct me if I'm wrong but an f/r is due to flags in Amex's system telling them that you are financially risky or possibly commiting fraud not flags that ppl are gaming the system. (if they bothered creating flags to catch the gamers we would all be in a lot more trouble.)

Most basic of newbie questions on redeeming points.  Just want to confirm
1.   I can not use my points to reserve a room for someone else if i am not checking in
2.  I can use my points for a plane ticket who is flying with me.
3.  I can use my points to book a flight for a family member who is not flying with me.
4. I can reserve two hotel rooms with points for the same day if i am checking in with my family that does not fit in one room.
I know there is probably work arounds for all of these but my question is on the up and up without a workaround what is the 100 percent correct answer.
