It's only a mile from MIT--find out if the Hillel will have a minyan that week. Caution: Their minyan was a bit spotty when I lived near there.

I'd also google distance to the BU Hillel (and confirm they have a minyan that week). Also I believe there is a chabad towards that direction, but I don't know the name.
.
chabad of Kenmore square . This is probably your closest option for a minyan.
Or Young Israel of Brookline is only 1.3 mi. away

Does anyone know if this hotel is in walking distance to a shul?
Residence Inn Boston Back Bay/Fenway
125 Brookline Avenue  Boston  Massachusetts  02215  USA

Thank you!

As others have said, the Chabad in Kenmore Square is spitting distance.
Also, the Young Israel of Brookline is a very easy walk, 1.3 miles.

Note that the hotel is OUTSIDE the eruv.

Vittorios Grill. Great grilled chicken. Kebaburger excellent. Onion rings overrated. Needs more tables.

Fair point. Lots of reasons to live in Boston...kosher food scene is not one of them.

If I want to spend shabbos in Boston, is my best bet the courtyard Marriott in coolidge corner? I want to be within the eruv but was hoping for a nicer hotel.

thanks
