I'm not that careful here with my grammar, though I'm curious what concerns you more:
1- Those who clearly don't know how to spell
2- Those who clearly know how to spell, but take shortcuts (eg. one word/letter q&a's, u, y, etc.)
3- Those who consistently make blatant spelling errors (duei tol lacj of spellchel)

1. Those who don't know how to spell and should.
2. Shortcuts are accepted to a degree.
3. People with spell check (mostly everyone) shouldn't constantly have multiple mistakes.
4. Use some punctuation!

1. Those who don't know how to spell and should.
That's probably an opinion. I would assume that the one who doesn't know how to spell doesn't think he needs to.
2. Shortcuts are accepted to a degree.
+1 Though it wouldn't bother me if u or s/o else were to do just that multiple times in a paragraph.
3. People with spell check (mostly everyone) shouldn't constantly have multiple mistakes.
The spell check on my Evo 4g is horrible

4. Use some punctuation!
This only bothers me in long paragraphs, where punctuation make it considerably easier to read

In the future i I will def. take more care in my spelling and grammar.
I would hate to be the cause of someones bad day. :D

Another slightly annoying issue here is the purposely uniformative titles, such as this one:

"What do you make of this story?"

Unless you have something really interesting, to the point that you are 100 percent sure that it will interest at least 99 percent of the forums population, DO NOT make such titles.

If you want someone to open your thread, tell them what they will be getting by doing so. Don't just say that "I have something interesting" and "follow me to find out."

Are you posting in the right thread?
Probably the whole 'waive' thing.
Should it be waive or wave.

  • Programs: 1. Search on google. 2. Search in the right board of DDF with a general word or two. 3. Read the wiki. 4. Read the thread. 5. Ask away.

He isn't.

Short hand:

"Too" = also.

"To" does not.

It's pretty simple:
"To" is a very common connecting word, as in from me to you and I have to eat.
"Too" means "also" as in Me, too!, and it is used in the phrase too much, too.

**When adding someone to the hall of shame, please point that individual to your post here.**

Otherwise, they won't necessarily know they've been selected for such an honor  :D
