I SM'd Chase
"I am a relatively new Freedom cardholder. I believe I
signed up in April. On the application it includes a
0percent balance transfer offer for 15 months. Looking
online, there seems to be no offer available. Is this a
mistake?
Thanks,
XXXXX XXXXXX"
Their response
"Dear Xxxxx Xxxxxx,
Thank you for contacting Chase.
I wish to inform you that there is no promotional offer on
your account. The current APR on your account for
purchases is 17.99% Variable and 19.24% Variable for cash
advances. You may verify these rates on your monthly
statement. If your account has a variable rate, your
standard APR is based on the Prime Rate and may increase
or decrease as the Prime Rate fluctuates.
At this time, there are no balance transfer promotions
available for your account. You will receive notification
once a promotion becomes available and it will be
displayed online for review.
If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.

I responded
"Mr. Upadhyay,
You did not answer the question. I know there is no offer
available. I'm asking that there should be as written on
the application I filled when applying for the Freedom
card. The application said 0% APR on balance transfers for
1st 15 months.
Thanks,
Xxxxx Xxxxxx"
They responded

My response
"I'm not sure what documentation you expect. I am simply telling you that the application says "0% INTRO APR FOR 15 MONTHS ON PURCHASES AND BALANCE TRANSFERS". You can check it for yourself at
