Just a follow up, but after they told me in the previous correspondence they sent that granting me the 100k was a mistake and that they wouldn't be able to give me the 100k after all because I wasn't targeted, I sent an email expressing my disappointment and that I understood their position, but that it just sucked for them to make a promise then to renege on that promise, they replied that they would send it up to a higher department. Received a message this morning:
I am pleased to respond to your inquiry this afternoon.
I am pleased to advise that I did add the 50,000 points
that were promised on the June 21, 2011 e-mail response
for the 100,000 enrollment bonus point offer. You will see
this adjustment on the next monthly statement. This
adjustment will be available for redemption online within
24 to 48 hours.

I replied thanking them and asking them to clarify so I can make sure that this is the additional 50k on top of my original 50k, but it sounds like they went ahead and gave it to me for which I consider myself really lucky.
