I charged one battery for the full cycle, which is the one hour charge plus about 8 hours of equalizing the cells. The second battery was on the charger for about 6 hours. There was barely enough between the two batteries to use the circular saw for about 16 cuts through a 1 by 3, a 9' long cut through plywood and about 10 minutes with the incandescent flashlight. It died in the middle of my final cut, which I had to finish with the hand saw.
