One can get COVID after vaccine

Another obituary, someone fully-vaccinated who seems to have contracted covid about 3-4 weeks after second shot. He had chronic lymphocytic leukemia, which is associated with decreased immune response.

So far this tiny sample suggests that the breakthrough cases somewhat resemble the description of covid cases when this all started: very old (a 98-year old), obese, and certain underlying medical conditions.  Not drawing any conclusions based on 3 cases.

Another important question, how many of these were immunocompromised?

I was mistaken last week when I said they weren't getting medical histories.  There were 4 pages associated with that CDC link I sent, and I had looked at only one.  I see now that they actually are requesting information on certain medical conditions, so we should get an answer as soon as they feel they have enough data to say something meaningful.  They are specifically asking about

Of 9245 people who were diagnosed with post-vax covid, 45% were over 60 years old, 63% female.
