My point is they don't need any 1 or 2 pieces of information to get you.

Even so, I'm not sure you'd be able to 1) rectify it on recon and 2) if you can direct them which report to pull.

Firstly, how many "mistakes" do you think it will take to block them from pulling a CR?

Secondly, I have had 3 apps (2 SP and 1 UA) not pulled due to duplicate products (I had canceled 2 cards earlier that day). When calling recon they said they needed to pull for each app, I convinced them to pull 1 each EX, EQ and TU.

Chase has some of the dumbest CSR's
I find recon to be more intelligent than the standard CSR.

Not sure but this is a very bad approach.
