FWIU they charge 10% of the miles which is alot less that 10% of the official rate in hard currency premium cabins.
+1
If someone has the time a mater list would come in handy. there's a thread somewhere. I can do it when ihave a chance
i just learned the hard way that the 10% of miles only works if you book the infant at the same time as the adult. it seems that if you want to book the infant after the adult is ticketed, you gotta pay

Pay cash?
thats what they tell me
too much on the line for hope unfortunately
No more inventory to book another seat and cancel the former?
If this is using BA then just ask to speak to a supervisor. Insist to speak to them! I once tried canceling a flight less than 24 hours before and every agent insisted there is nothing to do and finally I spoke to a supervisor and he did it for $70.
supervisor didnt help. for a ticket that cost 4500 avios, they want $150 for the infant
tlv-amm
10% is $150 or you have to pay the full fare?
they claim its 10% but it makes no sense
