Oh, now I see what you meant. I think that most people don't think to check, they just look at the number. And once he sells to a bunch of these people, the ratio evens out.

most people don't have DDF mentality :)

except buyer feedback and seller feedback are two different things is his point.  as a buyer, most peopel dont' care that he has has 100 or whatever good buyer transactions, they care about how many good seller transactions the guy has had.

I may be wrong, but IMO most people don't check the seller's feedback page to see what the ratio of feedback is, they just check the total number on the search results or Item page.

I can just say what I do (Especially if a bigger ticket item), I always check the feedback and see how the feedback for things compare to what I'm buying.  if he seems to have sold a lot of X,Y,Z but I'm buying something "A" that is totally different (especially in terms of value), I'm going to be questionable.

People shouldn't leave cards sitting around collecting dust. After 3 months of no activity it kind of shuts down. Swipe it for a dollar every few months.

1-Not always true, I've had cards that I didn't use for more than 6-8 months and nothing got shut down.
2-That was my point precisely, htese would be your $1 (or .01) charges monthly...

Not shut down, more like inactive. Might even be a mini pull when you start using again.

Meaning they type the pull in small font on your report?

It might be worth renting a cheap mini van once a month & go to brooklyn to stock up.

That's great - I wonder what their angle is.
