Do you have connections with any ADs that can sell watches at retail for Rolex, Audemar Piguet, or Patek? Or would these be "new" watches from a reseller?

It's from authorized dealers but Rolex no chance of getting anything at retail . Ap doesn't have authorized dealers anymore I believe. And patek also no chance of getting anything unless it's a calatrava or a women's watch maybe . If you send me a picture I can't check for you

ADs can’t sell Rolexes above retail so how could the watch be from there if it would not be at retail price? It would have to be from a reseller who bought a “new” watch.

Rolex ad in certain parts of the country such as South America and certain third world countries bill their own clients for the watch at retail. And then it comes to the market. But yes your correct, it would come from a person etc...

Understood. What is the incentive to go through you for the brands that you do have connections with? Many of those brands have no wait times for watches directly through an AD. For example, if I wanted a Cartier Santos, are you essentially just able to get it at retail?

Not that much savings - this is the basic model. You start saving more in higher priced watches . This is a watch that everyone always buys .

Would this be from a reseller too? I’m just trying to understand if you have any direct connections with ADs so that the watch would be a true new piece instead of buying from a reseller.

It depends on the watch but you have to worry about authenticity when it comes to a reseller. There are a lot of fakes out there for highly desired watches. Sometimes it’s just easier to buy directly from the AD if the percentage savings isn’t too meaningful.
