American Express Prepaid..... to reach spending threshold ???

got an email for amex about this new feature seems like it might be good for meeting spending requirements!!
no fee, no limit, and 1 free atm withdraw per month!!!
any opinions?

Probably not. 
You can't fill this with a credit card.  You can only "load funds" with an AMEX card.  I doubt it counts as a purchase.

even if it counts as a purchase, you can only withdraw up to $200 bucks a week.  that's a lot of months to take out a few bucks for free.

Yup. But (for argument's sake) you can do more than one card. Just two other points:
1. These are a possibly an F/R trigger.
2. These probably would not count toward's a spending bonus, it seems that they recently stopped awarding (regular) spend points for loading these.
