I'm sorry that your item got cancelled. We recently discovered an error that caused the following item(s) to be displayed at an incorrect price: PerfecTouch 5356CD Insulated Paper Hot Cup, Coffee Dreams Design, 16 oz Capacity.
I've checked on the website if we could maybe have the same item re-ordered. Unfortunately the item is sold and shipped from a Third-Party Seller, and we can not make any adjustment with that.
If I relate to myself I can completely understand how frustrating and annoying the situation can be when something like this happens but believe us it was never our intention.We try our level best to provide convenient and stress free shopping to our customers but in this case we haven't met the standard, please accept my sincere apologies for this.
