Have a condo on sale.. I have an offer being worked on between mine and buyer agent currently. The price being accepted is $172K. I don't have an attorney yet but I received so many mail offer ever since I listed the property on sale. Those mail in offers are mostly " sale of your property for a flat fee of $95".
My buyer's agent recommended agent but when I call them, their price is $400 seller agent fee of my condo. I like to go for those cheaper $95 mail offer attorney fee but I wonder if there is a catch . I called them and told me there is zero catch and they are real reputable law offices as I checked and verified.
How much should I expect to pay for attorney for selling fee?
Will I be also charged for the buyer agent fee? It is listed as 2.5 agent fee on my listing. Seller will pay that fee?
