Chase Credit Line Increase Without Requesting

I randomly went to check my Chase credit cards today and found that my SP limit has just gone up from 5,000 to 8,700 without actually requesting it or being notified. I have in the past asked about it but never went through with it because I didn't want a hard pull. Anyone ever come across something like this?

Did you ensure your credit was not pulled?

I just called Chase more than anything to make sure no one has been accessing my account and they told me they occasionally review accounts and reviewed mine and decided to increase my line of credit and absolutely did NOT get my credit pulled for this. Works for me

Now let's hope they do it for one, two or all 3 of my other Chase accounts and that would really work

Chase, Citi and Amex have all showed some love. I don't expect Chase to be showing anymore love to me in the near future.

Yah this has happened to me in the past. CL increase was followed by a letter in the mail

I could really use this, I'm using way over my limit now that practically all my Spending is with Chase.

I had that too received a small letter in the mail saying it was increased

i had my regular freedom card changed to world freedom card and the limit increased to a credit access line as opposed to a credit limit

Happened in the last week to a friend of mine with Chase. Bumped him >100%.
