So let me get this straight, if I do the promo I have to wait till the promo ends on 8/31/13, and THEN wait another 10-12 weeks before I get the $300? So I wouldn't get it until Nov/Dec ?

I registered in April, forgot about it and realized I never got the bonus.  I called up and they initially gave me some story about how I never did a billpay, then spoke to a manager who said I actually had and that I should have gotten the bonus in November.  I got a call from corporate apologizing, saying that the $300 would be deposited immediately and that they would deposit 1,000 points into my rewards account.  Are they in breach of contract?  How much more do you think I could get?
