LOT upgrade

Officially they offer the ability to upgrade from economy via a bidding process. Anyone have any experience with that?

I've tried it for someone and it worked well. Make sure to reorder the KSML if you get the upgrade

I took a bid from economy to premium economy well worth it like 200 bucks if I remember correctly
