As it can't be pre-owned or used so wondering if they would consider ebay acceptable assuming the seller lists it as new

Right, usually haven't had luck via phone and email takes a couple days.  Just figured to check here if anyone knew or their take as purchased one online but see it's much cheaper on ebay (possibly people have redeemed the rebate in other states are selling which I'm assuming shouldn't have affect nj).

I have also submitted about over a week ago- I haven't received the rebate but wondering now if can be returned and purchased from ebay.

Anyone know if purchase charger below $250 (over $250 with tax) if it is eligible? doesn't say anywhere in terms but I wonder if they would pay more..
