Airport Parking: CLE Edition

I have two ex-CLE trips coming up - one is 3 days, the other is 5 days. Where's the best (read:cheapest) place to park a car at the airport? Last time I flew out of CLE, Orbitz offered some kind of deal from Park 'n Fly (I think) for like $6/day. There's gotta be a better deal out there... right?

here you have $6 or $6.50 rate and use coupon 1CLE (or CJNAT1) for $5 off total
and here you have rates of $4.25/day but i dont know if there is availability for dates you need.

There is an economy lot on property for $8/day, and it is a short shuttle ride that drops you off at the baggage level.  The off-property parking will save you a dollar or two day, but they are relatively far from the terminal (5 to 10 minutes) and not nearly as convenient to get to as the economy lot.  I haven't parked in the on-property short and long term garages in a few years, but last time I did neither one of them had a shuttle.

IMHO I'd rather spend the extra buck or two per day and know I'll have just a 1 minute shuttle ride to my car.

Okay - With all the construction parking at CLE has become a royal pain what are the best options currently available - looking for the best price/convenience option.
The Brown lot it $8 and the shuttle to the airport was okay however the way back is very long because of 1 way st.
PNF is 9.45 a day plus taxes and fees
Park place is $10 per day and looks like no fees ???
The on site parking besides being more expensive - it is becoming hard to find a spot - I have done valet not to miss a flight after circling and looking for parking.

What is the best option??

I could not find even a legal regular spot so I went to the brown lot 2 minutes away. There was a parking lot before the station that also said RTA but it was late so I did not go back to check there. Not sure how far a walk that is to the station.

The RTA site claims to have 12 long term spots not sure if they exist during the current construction.

Call 216.267.5030 before you go. They can tell you if the airport lots have ample parking or not.
