Title should be "Family kicked off flight after refusing to remove child from someone else's seat"
Although in the end they were willing to give in but DL said it was too late.
But everyone agrees that Delta should've taken a lesson from the previous incidents
Like the lesson that AA took from the Capitol Hill hearing?
I'm confused. Isn't it against FAA regulations for a two year old not to have their own seat?
