I can confirm that the link I provided above will enable hebrew spell-checking on office 2010.

An immediate family member of mine is a recognized Seforim Publisher and uses Word exclusively for all typing. Page Layout they use a program called TAG.

Tag is an old dos style program which is pretty much extinct and very antiquated. The good thing about tag is it deals well with layout

How do you get the footnote seperater, to move all the way to the right margin that you modified more to the right?

Basic Idea is to go to the footnotes in normal view (in later word versions it is called Web Layout view) and in the pulldown menu select Footnote Separator or continuation separator etc. and then you can edit it as you wish.
