PSA: first round of amazon no rush credits expires on March 1'st

Try chatting to turn the no rush credits into amazon credits.  Did it yesterday. And rep. Was more then welcome to convert it.

That's from the older credits. Now there is a knew round expiring match 1'st

I tried 4 times already didnt work   mine expires march 15th  is there a bigger chance the closer it gets
