Everybody knows that American Express cards and Citi Costco card allow setting a per-authorized user spending limit.  Very convenient when adding your child as an AU to your personal CC account.  (Business cards also allow per-user spending limits, but this is a different story.)

I found that Capital One personal cards also allow setting a per-authorized user spending limit (even though this info is not generally available on the Internet).  How to set a per-AU spending limit with Capital One: You can't do it online, at least the 1st time.  You will have to call them at the number at the back of the card and ask the Representative to chat (via their internal system) with a Specialist to set a spending limit on your existing AU card.  After the spending limit is set, the option to change the spending limit will magically appear in your online account!  The next time, you will be able to manage spending limits online without calling them on the phone.  Hope it helps.
