Before I subject myself to the extremely long hold times that Southwest is experiencing, I thought I’d reach out and ask here first...

I have a flight credit expiring at the end of May ($200) and it doesn’t look like I am going to be able to use it. Is there any thing I can do?

Because I’m terrified to fly due to the aforementioned COVID-19 virus and I thought with all of the other airlines offering cancellations and waivers, that this might be a decent place to ask.
