So what's everyone doing about the $500 that turned into 14.99 gift cards?

I also have 1 order of $200 gift cards that are still pending should I just cancel them?
I'm going to try to get them to honor but will likely ask them to refund and if they push back I'll dispute the charge with confirmation email as proof.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

My problem is I was rushing and used my target red card that was the default payment

This is a great lottery ticket. You get to dream for some time, but you usually end up with nothing.

Until the drawing, you earn the privilege to picture in your mind which car you will buy first when you get the millions of dollars.

I'm trying to decide how many coffee tables would fit around my dining room, and how many I should list on Ebay.

Don't ask me the ethical ratings of this plan, but...

The smartest method to deal with this price mistake would've probably been to price match the office desks or coffee makers to Staples, which carries many of those items. That could've locked in deals with a better chance of actually getting the items.

ETA: I'm not sure if Staples still does price matching over the phone. In the old days, they did, and I got many soda cans shipped at CVS sale prices without having to go to the store and shlepp them myself...

Seems like someone decided to post this as a comment on DDMS (it was not me!)

I'm honored!
