I ordered from checks.com more than a month ago. Website shows order shipped on 1/05, but nothing has been delivered.
They have not responded to my emails nor answered their phone.
Any help is appreciated.

Boruch Hashem, nothing on my bank. No tracking number. I ordered from them 4 years ago and received a confirmation email 7 days later with tracking number. This time, I did not. And they aren't responding to my emails.
