Website and app not working. Tried calling and they say, "long wait time due to technical difficulties."

Anyone know whats going on?

Having same issue.

I’m waiting on hold. They gave me an option to get help through text. Never had that before. Is this a new thing?

If I cancel a ticket purchased partially with etc. how fast do I get to reuse that etc? Is it instantly back in my account?

i just spoke to a united rep and i asked her why im getting a blank page on the star alliance upgrade page and she told me that they are aware of issues with the website and the i.t. dept. is working on it.
