best CC fo rrentals

i am going on vacation next week i wanted your opinion on what credit card to use for the car rental, i don't want to pay for insurance so i want to know what cards include insurance in it.

these are the cards i have
American express blue miles
American express blue cash
Chase - Amazon
Chase - Continental
Chase - Freedom
Chase - Sapphire Preferred

continental is the only one with primary cdw so rent with that.
But at the end if you are accident free you can switch to sapphire for the 2.14 miles.
