Best CC for Marriott

I no longer have a Marriott card but will be staying in Marriotts 3 times in the next 2 months. The total will be around $3K. In terms of best miles/points bang for the buck, which of the following cards should I be putting the stays on:
SPG (it would also help me reach my spending bonus but that's only secondary)
Sapphire Preferred
United
Southwest
Freedom
