I've done it at Walmart and Costco to use multiple chase offers.
 Haven't tried recently. But in the past it worked. Sometimes I have gotten the same person doing both and sometimes I got two separate people.
 I don't tip that much. I pass on the $2 I get for 3 hr window to them. So makes no difference how many $35 orders I do.
